I had purchased the Porter tumbler from another company. The lid was cracked and mold started to grow. I contacted W & P and inquired about a replacement lid. They contacted me and said they had a replacement lid. I received the new lid within two days. I highly recommend shopping with W&P.

The lid to my old water bottle broke so I was looking for a replacement and found these by W&P. I was torn between the water bottle vs. the tumbler since I liked the size of the water bottle but I liked the lid of the tumbler so I opted to just get the bundle. The terrazzo is very cute. I was expecting the silicon to be smooth but it's slightly textured to achieve the terrazzo effect, which doesn't bother me. They are all really nice to drink from! I wish I had waited a bit longer now that they've come out with the new lid for the water bottle but I'm still happy with my purchase.
