Our goal is to deliver your order as quickly, affordably and safely as possible.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING: During the checkout process, we provide pricing for both standard and expedited shipping. For orders over $100 (to the contiguous US), we offer free domestic ground shipping.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We ship nearly everywhere in the world and provide shipping costs during the checkout process. Please note: some destinations may incur additional customs charges upon arrival, depending on the country. International customers are responsible for freight to (and from, if a return is needed) their destinations.
Although we hope you love our products, we understand returns happen. Please head to our return portal within 30 days of receiving your order for easy returns and exchanges. We ask that you please return items unused and in the condition they were received.
Please note, orders of $400 or more are considered wholesale orders and are not returnable unless they are purchased through our wholesale team. How long will it take my order to ship?
If ground shipping is selected your order will arrive within 7-9 business days. If Expedited shipping is selected your order will arrive within 4-5 business days. We do apologize for this but as shipping delays are common during the holiday season, we wanted to give you a heads up before you proceed!
Why isn't my tracking updating?
As this is the busiest season for our postal service and other couriers, sometimes there are delays in their tracking systems but they should be rectified within a day or so. If you see no movement or change for 5 business days, please feel free to reach out to our CX team.
Will personalization take longer?
Yes! Please note that personalization can take up to an additional 2 business days during this busy season.
What if my gift recipient wants to exchange or return their item?
All returns and exchanges can be done for the holiday season before January 31st - this includes orders placed from Black Friday sales and onward. Any orders placed after December 25th will be subject to our regular return window (30 days).
