Return Policy

Although we hope you love our products, we understand returns happen. Please head to our return portal within 30 days of receiving your order for easy returns and exchanges. We ask that you please return items unused and in the condition they were received. Items discounted 40% or more are final sale and not eligible for returns.

We offer Free Returns and Package Protection for an optional fee at checkout. If purchased, you will receive a return shipping label at no additional cost. If Free Returns is not purchased, you will be responsible for paying the cost of your return shipping label in the return portal.

Please note, orders of $400 or more are considered wholesale orders and are not returnable unless they are purchased through our wholesale team. If interested in placing a wholesale order, please contact our team at salesteam@verygreat.nyc. If interested in placing a large order for non-wholesale purposes, please contact our team at customerservice@wandp.com.

Please note, items that have been personalized cannot be returned or exchanged.

Right of Withdrawal (EU)

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from many contracts within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Please note that under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal; the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

We will issue your refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving notification of your cancellation, or, if later, once we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been shipped back to us.

This right applies to all items purchased through our store, with certain exceptions such as digital products, perishable goods, sealed personal hygiene products, and personalized items, as set forth in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
