This works perfectly to replace the lid that got damaged when my husband dropped my thermal mug in the sink. (Not the lid’s fault) Although the mouthpiece/sliding cover is bigger than the old one, the lid fits my mug. I actually like the larger slider. It’s the same as my other mug, which is essentially the same, just a different color.

I ordered this replacement for a broken lid and the new lid is so much better! Wider spout and snap in place closure makes it so much more user friendly. Highly recommend!
