Shipping & Orders

Where does W&P ship?

We ship nearly everywhere in the world and provide shipping costs during the checkout process.

Please note – some destinations may incur additional customs charges upon arrival, depending on the country. International customers are responsible for freight to (and from, if a return is needed) their destinations.

How much does shipping cost?

Domestic Shipping: During the checkout process, we provide pricing for both standard and expedited shipping. For orders over $100 (to the contiguous US), we offer free domestic ground shipping.

International Shipping: We ship nearly everywhere in the world and provide shipping costs during the checkout process. Your price at check will include the shipping costs, as well taxes and duties.

How long will it take my order to ship?

If Ground Shipping is selected your order will arrive within 5-9 business days. For expedited shipping times, you are able to see the full list available to your location in the check out area.

Will personalization take longer?

Yes! Please note that personalization can take up to an additional 2 business days.

How can I edit my order or change my shipping address?

We will do our best to accommodate any change or cancel requests, but cannot guarantee that updates will be made before your order ships. If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email customerservice@wandp.com.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email notification, which will provide a link to order tracking details. Occasionally, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to provide tracking info once your order ships. If you still have questions, reach out to customerservice@wandp.com.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Although we hope you love our products, we understand returns happen. Please head to our return portal within 30 days of receiving your order for easy returns and exchanges. We ask that you please return items unused and in the condition they were received. Items discounted 40% or more are final sale and not eligible for returns. All returns and exchanges will be subject to a $5 restocking fee.

Please note, orders of $400 or more are considered wholesale orders and are not returnable unless they are purchased through our wholesale team. If interested in placing a wholesale order, please contact our team at salesteam@verygreat.nyc. If interested in placing a large order for non-wholesale purposes, please contact our team at customerservice@wandp.com. Please note, items that have been personalized cannot be returned or exchanged.

What is your warranty policy?

We understand that accidents happen and unfortunately accidental damage is not covered under our warranty. If a product is unusable due to a manufacturing defect, please e-mail us with pictures of the problem and we'll work with you to figure out a solution. Accidental damage, like dents and scratches, chipping, dropping or breaking an item, and theft and loss are unfortunately not covered.
