If you love the rich, oak-infused flavor of aged spirits, you'll love the Barrel Aged Spirits Kit. Designed for in-the-bottle aging, the kit contains two charred-oak barrel staves. Simply add the honeycombed staves to a bottle of your favorite light spirit such as gin, vodka or white rum, seal and age for your desired period of time. (We include a "flavor meter" to help guide you through the process!) Once the spirit is ready, strain through the provided cheesecloth and enjoy neat—or in your cocktail of choice.
