Ingredients

1 cup chickpeas

1 cup pumpkin purée

1/2 cup tahini

1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil

Pinch of sea salt

Optional toppings: chili oil, pumpkin seeds
Instructions

Add chickpeas, pumpkin purée, tahini, olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, and sea salt to a food processor.

Blend until smooth and creamy.

Spoon into a bowl and drizzle with chili oil or sprinkle with pumpkin seeds, if desired.
