It's the middle of February and if you're anything like us, you're in need of a vacation to someplace warm. Unfortunately, we aren't escaping to the beaches of Cancun anytime soon, but we have found the perfect way to channel that feeling in chilly New York.

It starts with a pineapple tumbler. Trust us, drinking out of a pineapple tumbler immediately transports you. Next up, fill the tumbler with a tiki cocktail. We suggest the Mint & Stormy, our herbaceous take on the classic Dark & Stormy cocktail. Winter just got a whole lot better.

Mint & Stormy
Makes One Drink

  1. In a tumbler, muddle one sprig mint and lime juice until fragrant.
  2. Add dark rum and Boylan Heritage Ginger.
  3. Add ice, stir and garnish with mint sprig and lime round.
