The classic Old Fashioned is a simple and easily customizable cocktail base: spirit, sugar, bitters and a garnish. That's it. For our cocktail book,
Shake: A New Perspective on Cocktails, we developed a twist on the classic recipe that infuses aged rum with fragrant island spices and orange. The result is a unique and warming cold-weather drink.
