Spicy Watermelon Spritz
Makes two drinks
- 4 large chunks watermelon
- 6 cubes cane sugar
- 2 shots lime juice
- 2 shots tequila
- Boylan Heritage Club
- 2 slices fresh lime
- Chile-Salt (combine equal parts sea salt and ground chiles)
- Add the watermelon, lime juice and cane sugar cubes to the Mason Shaker.
- Muddle the ingredients in the bottom of the shaker until the sugar is mostly dissolved.
- Add tequila and ice to just above the level of the liquid. Shake for 5 seconds.
- Strain into tall glasses rimmed with chile-salt and containing cubes of ice. Top with Club to fill. Garnish with lime slices.
