Barrel-Aged Tequila Negroni
It's Negroni Week, and you don't have to ask us twice to celebrate! We're big fans of the classic combination of Campari, gin and sweet vermouth and always up for changing it up a bit. Check out our classic Negroni recipe and our sparkling Negroni Sbagliato recipe.
Here, we've decided to take the Negroni a few steps further by swapping the gin for tequila and barrel-aging the entire cocktail using our Barrel Aged Spirits Kit! Aging brings together all the flavors of the Campari, sweet vermouth and tequila, creating a slightly smoky, well-rounded cocktail.
