I bought some Roll Tight Storage Bags, and I love them. They came in three different sizes which are perfect for many different things, and they are very easy to roll up and seal, just like a bag of coffee. I stored grated Parmesan in my first one, and it is keeping it fresh without a lot of moisture.

In a busy household with three adults and three kids, I have a hard time keeping track of what's left in the freezer after someone opens the chicken nuggets and eats half a box, or the frozen berries where once the bag is rolled (and I pray it doesn't pop open) I can't see the label anymore so half the time I think it's a veg and it's a fruit. These are perfect since I can pop in any size of food and quantity, label it, and see what I own!
